A lifeline for busy mums, Livewire Nutrition is now open in Peregian Beach, offering easy online nutrition programs for time-poor families, or personalised programs at the clinic.
“Healthy eating can be simple and quick, and it doesn’t have to be perfect,” explained Kylie Pinwill, founder and nutritionist at Livewire. “I work with overwhelmed and exhausted parents, helping them get healthy meals on the table and to tempt their fussy eaters, with nutrition programs that are designed to fit around your busy family life.”
As well as the Healthy Families Program, Livewire offers programs for parents, helping Mum and Dad get their health and mojo back on track despite being on the rollercoaster of parenting.

The clinic also offers hair analysis testing, that looks at over 500 common Australian foods and household products to find out what is compatible with your body and what may be triggering symptoms.
“Our goal is to encourage families to get back to basic, eat fresh whole foods and use simple cooking techniques that will save you time,” said Kylie.
“It’s taking away from the mum guilt that you could be doing it better; real food doesn’t have to be overwhelming!”
